+ How long do I need to be in therapy?

Ultimately your stengths, needs, and goals all help determine your couarse of thearpy. Typically CBT and ACT are 12-24 sessions. This does not mean your treatment will fall within that range as each is unique to you. We recommed you contact your insurance company and ask if there any limits around session terms.
