    INTAKE ASSESSMENT

    In our first meeting, we'll talk to get to know each other. You can share why you want therapy, your current challenges, past experiences, and your personal goals. This helps us create a treatment plan just for you. After that, we'll set our shared intentions, decide how often to meet, and choose the best methods for you. I'll also explain how our sessions work so you'll know what to expect.

    THERAPY SESSIONS

    In our therapy sessions, we will work together to gently unpack the weight you’ve been carrying. Together we will discover what’s no longer working for you and your hopes for change. We'll explore your feelings in a safe and supportive space. I will use proven methods to help you build skills and strategies to manage your challenges and reach your goals. Most often I use IFS, ACT, IBRIDO, and other trauma based models.

    REGULAR PROGRESS REVIEW

    In sessions, we’ll track your progress to adjust your plan and maximize therapy benefits. Your feedback is key to meeting your needs. You will have access to online resource library of fillable tools if you wish to use them. You’ll see and feel your improvement as we focus on areas needing work and celebrate progress. If at any point we believe we’ve arrived at a therapeutic stall we will work together to ID barriers and solutions to find what works best.
