Meet Your Therapist

Greetings kind soul! I’m Cindy Lineberger and I'm a Licensed Therapist, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), and Certified Coach who is passionate about helping women break free from overdoing and fear based living. Offering several decades of helping women break free from overdoing, overinvesting, & overcommitting. Whether you're a fellow helper seeking therapy for therapists, a teacher or school staff member seeking support, or a chronic illness warrior needing help with pelvic floor pain, painful sex, or health anxiety, let's work together to create a life you genuinely embrace, rather than just tolerate. Imagine balance, confidence, ignited sexual wellness, & body positivity! Having personally lived with chronic illness, I understand its impact on various facets of life, including your job, sex life, self-esteem, and confidence. Fellow helpers can find refuge here, where you can leave your professional hat at the door in exchange for vulnerability. Let's chat!

What sets me apart is my own personal story of strength from struggle and how I’ve chosen to use my pain for a greater purpose. See the truth is I was once a serial over doer and people pleaser who finally woke up after my own health crisis, divorce, and major career juncture. I realized I was abandoning myself in service of others who lacked the intent and capacity to match my investment. Now I help other women break free too!

Does this sound familiar?

  • Being the go-to person at work, taking on tasks others avoid.

  • Been diagnosed with chronic illness and know you need better balance but aren’t sure how.

  • Struggling to say "no" and hoping for reciprocal support, only to be disappointed.

  • Doubting decisions when saying "yes" instead of "no” leaving you feeling guilt and shame.

  • You’re a fellow therapist and struggle with your own work life balance, boundaries, or self care.

  • You stay way longer than you know you should in jobs, relationships, and endeavors hoping things will finally change only to wake up with the reality they haven’t.

  • You’re struggling with mom guilt or stepmom outsider syndrome often second guessing parenting decisions.

I specialize in solving these challenges by helping you:

  • Prioritize yourself and offer the best version of yourself.

  • Confidently say "no" and create space for a resounding "yes" to what truly matters.

  • Find your authentic voice, clarify values, and live in alignment with your values and priorities.

Additionally, I can assist you in:

  • Building healthy boundaries to protect your time and energy.

  • Developing effective communication skills to express your needs and desires.

  • Cultivating a positive mindset to overcome self-doubt and boost self-confidence.

  • Providing therapy for therapist, teachers, moms and stepmoms who find themselves in need of safe space.

If you're tired of being taken for granted and ready to make a positive change, let's start a conversation! There’s power when we realize doing more of what’s already not appreciated doesn’t result in appreciation. I like to say it’s not a problem until it’s a problem so is this a problem for you? When you find yourself saying, "Yes! I'm ready to invest in myself," please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here for you!
